Ingredients:
For Kofta:
- 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
- 1/2 cup paneer (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

For Gravy:
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cashews (soaked and ground)
- 1/2 cup cream or malai
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Make Koftas:
- Mix mashed potatoes, paneer, cornflour, and salt. Shape into balls and fry until golden. Set aside.
- Prepare Gravy:
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, and sauté chopped onions until golden. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala. Add cashew paste and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in cream and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Assemble:
- Add the fried koftas to the gravy just before serving. Garnish with fresh cream and coriander.
Serve with naan or rice. Enjoy!
